Vineyards and wine making
Wire trained 25-year-old vines. Manual harvest in plastic crates with selection at the winery. Controlled temperature fermentation for 17 days with three daily pump-overs.
Tasting notes
Bright cherry red color with violet hues, featuring aromas of ripe red fruit and licorice. On the palate, it is ample and fresh, well-structured, and persistent.

It pairs perfectly with appetizers, stews, legumes, vegetables, red and white meats. It is recommended to be consumed between 14-16ºC. Positive evolution over the next 4 years. Store under optimal conditions (14-16ºC) at 70-80% relative humidity.
