Vineyards and wine making

Wire trained 15 years vines. Manual harvest in plastic crates with selection in the winery, optimal control of the aromatic and polyphenolic extraction process. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 17 days with 3 daily pump-overs.

Tasting notes

Bright cherry red color with violet hues. Aromas of ripe red fruit and licorice. On the palate, it’s expansive and fresh, well-structured, and persistent.

Food pairing

It pairs perfectly with appetizers, stews, legumes, vegetables, red and white meats. It is recommended to consume between 16 and 18ºC.
